Scholarship Description

We are proud to offer two Northwestern Mutual scholarships: one for childhood cancer survivors and one for siblings of those affected by childhood cancer. These students deserve every opportunity to pursue higher education and continue to achieve their dreams.

The Northwestern Mutual Childhood Cancer Sibling Scholarship program assists siblings of individuals affected by childhood cancer, and who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. The scholarship program will award up to 10 renewable $5,000 scholarships. A minimum 2.5 GPA is required.

To apply, students must be U.S. citizens and siblings of individuals who are in current treatment, have survived or passed away from pediatric childhood cancer. Applicants must be age 25 or under who are high school seniors or graduates, or current post-secondary undergraduates, and planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year.
