Scholarship Description

The American College of Radiology Center for Research and Innovation™ Scholarship aims to improve equity and access to higher education for residents of Philadelphia, PA. This initiative seeks to support high school seniors from Philadelphia County who want to advance their education in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) disciplines, with a particular focus on uplifting underrepresented minorities.

Scholarship Details

  • $5,000 scholarship.
  • The scholarship may be renewed annually for up to four years of post-secondary education.
  • Eligibility for an ACR CRI internship program.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a high school senior.
  • A minimum of 3.0 GPA.
  • Must demonstrate financial need.
  • Must be a resident of Philadelphia County, PA.
  • Immediate family members of ACR employees are not eligible to apply.

Application Process

  1. Confirm that you meet the Application Requirements.
  2. Obtain a copy of your unofficial transcript from your school.
  3. Ask your recommender to write a Recommendation Letter in business letter format.
  4. Download a copy of your FAFSA Student Aid Report.
