The Millennium Scholarship
In 1999, Governor Kenny Guinn’s Millennium Scholarship initiative was enacted into
law by the Nevada Legislature; the legislation (NRS 396.911) created the Millennium
Scholarship trust fund to be administered by the State Treasurer. In October, the
Board of Regents adopted policy guidelines for the administration of the scholarship.

The Nevada Womens Fund Scholarships
The Nevada Womens Fund Scholarships are available under the following conditions:
- Five page application form must be filled out completely including signature.
- Several, but not all, scholarships require a certified transcript.
- Previous NWF recipients must submit a certified transcript of the last semester
of completed work.
