Health is a topic of major importance in our society, and so is helping the dedicated, hard-working students interested in the field—regardless of their financial standing. If you are pursuing a career in health care, the Scholarships.com Health Scholarship can help you pay for college.

By providing a scholarship for students interested in medicine and health care, Scholarships.com hopes to make paying for college easier. Students who apply for our Scholarships.com Health Scholarship can bank $1,000 for school. Applying is easy. Just respond to the following question in a 250 to 350 word essay (entries that fall outside of this word range will be disqualified):

"What has influenced your decision to pursue a career in health care/medicine?"
