The Hannibal Career and Technical Center assumes the responsibility to offer educational programs designed to provide Northeast Missouri with occupational training programs that will meet the changing needs of the business and industry workforce. Our missoion is to provide students with basic academic skills and valuable occupational skills needed for advancements in order to become business and industry leaders of tomorrow.
