Visiting Duke was one of the best experiences of my life. Little things that applicants might dislike about the actual campus is that while it is incredibly beautiful, there is always LOTS of construction going on, as Duke is constantly building and expanding. Also, any freshman accepted here would be housed in Duke's East Campus which doesn't have any air conditioning. Even so, the North Carolina climate isn't terribly hot (or maybe it's just what I have to compare it to: A life in Texas!) Those couple of comments having been said, I think that Duke is still one of the most best colleges in America, and it's programs are absolutely amazing.
