MEDICAL AND TECHNOLOGY LEADER Aultman Hospital medical mission is to provide acute medical care and diagnostic and therapeutic services to Stark County and to be the medical technology leader in the five county area including Stark, Tuscarawas, Holmes, Wayne, and Carroll Counties. SERVING OUR PATIENTS In carrying out its medical mission, Aultman will respect the human rights of its patients and provide care in an atmosphere of compassion and confidentiality. Aultman as a not-for-profit institution will serve its patients regardless of their ability to pay. All sources of income will be used for patient care and education, medical education, medical research or preventative care. FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY TO OUR COMMUNITY Because the cost of funding health care is so important to area businesses and institutions and because Aultman is a large employer, Aultman's mission also has an impact on our community. Aultman's community economic mission is to be able to remain fiscally stable in periods of recession, make this area attractive to employers by maintaining reasonable costs, and keep health care employment from leaving Stark County.
