The board may promulgate rules and regulations to applied on a uniform and consistent basis which may be neccesary to carry out billing. They will cooperate intensively in the continuation and expansion of the programs. Guidance counselor for carrier opportunities offered at CTC of PR helps in assisting students to achieve a carrer of their choosing as well as a way of finding employment in it.
