The Culinary Trust gives culinary professionals the tools and opportunities to understand and act on critical issues in the world of food. We fulfill this mission through educational programs, grants for hunger alleviation, culinary history preservation and, most notably, scholarships, internships and grants for students and professionals. As the philanthropic partner of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, co-founded by the late Julia Child in 1984, The Culinary Trust has awarded nearly $1,500,000 through our scholarship program, assisting more than 500 talented individuals from all over the world in their pursuit of culinary knowledge and education.
