Alpha Delta Kappa International Teacher Education Scholarship

The International Teacher Education Scholarship provides as many as seven young women from countries other than the United States the opportunity to study for one academic year in American colleges and/or universities.

The applicant must be an unmarried woman with no dependents, at least 20 and no more than 35 years of age at the time of the application deadline. She must also be a non-U.S. citizen residing outside the United States and maintain that residency status from the time of application to the awarding of the scholarship. She shall plan to enter or be engaged in the teaching profession. She shall have received an undergraduate degree and be eligible for a master's degree. Doctoral studies are beyond the scope of this program.
