BLHS Scholarship for Lutheran Nursing Students

Bethesda's scholarships and awards program encourages Lutheran youth to develop God-pleasing attitudes and actions toward people with individual differences, and to consider careers in the field of developmental and disabilities services.

The application process includes a short, relevant essay, 100 hours of paid or volunteer work in the field of developmental disabilities, services and letters of reference.

Eligible Candidates:

- Are active, communicant members of a Lutheran church
- Have achieved sophomore status or higher at a college or university, not necessarily a Lutheran college
- Have earned a minimum 3.0 overall GPA
