WMU Lawrence, Clara & Evelyn E. Burke Scholarship

Eligibility Criteria

Full or part-time graduate or undergraduate students enrolled in Theatre or Journalism

GPA of 3.0 or higher

Selected on the basis of scholastic achievement

Theatre students:
-Have participated in a theatre production either at the high school or college level
-Are deemed to have outstanding potential for a career in theatre

Journalism students:
-Shall have had journalism experience, such as involvement with a school paper or yearbook, either at the high school or college level
-Are deemed to have outstanding potential in the field of journalism

Award Amounts: Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis by the Theatre and Journalism/English Departments. Amount varies year to year.

Applications available January 1 through April 1.
