Herb Schlaughenhoupt Jr Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship fund was established by the family of Herb Schlaughenhoupt, Jr., one of the founders of the Kentucky Hemophilia Foundation, in honor of his memory.

The $500.00 Herb Schlaughenhoupt, Jr. Memorial Scholarship is awarded twice each year to:
-individuals with hemophilia or a similar bleeding disorder or;
-individuals with an immediate family member with a bleeding disorder.

The scholarship can be used for tuition, room and board, and related expenses associated with an accredited post-secondary education at a university, college, trade, or vocational school. Deadlines for submission of an application are in July and January each year.
