University of New Mexico Presidential Scholarship

The University of New Mexico Presidential Scholarship is offered to selected incoming freshmen New Mexico residents with proven academic and citizenship skills as demonstrated in the classroom and positions of leadership. Students must apply during their senior year in high school. The award is valued at $6,300 each year and is renewable for four years given that the student continues to meet the criteria.

Eligible requriments include:

- Graduating from a high school in New Mexico
- Minimum of 25 on the ACT
- Minimum of 3.75 GPA
- Extracurricular participation
