Chickasaw Nation Clothing Grant

This grant may be awarded to full-time or part-time undergraduate, graduate or doctoral students enrolled in at least 6 college credit hours who maintain a 2.0 grade point average or higher for each semester. Full-time students may be awarded a $300 clothing scholarship for each classification as they progress through college (e.g., freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, graduate, doctorate or one as a vocational student). Part-time students enrolled in at least 6 college credit hours may be awarded a $150 clothing scholarship for every 14 hours completed for undergrads or for every 15 hours completed for graduate or doctoral students. The scholarship will be distributed to the student in the form of a gift card.

Students must be Chickasaw and possess their Chickasaw Nation citizenship card. The grants and scholarships are intended to assist students by providing funding to pursue a degree from an accredited institution of higher education. The field of study is not limited to any particular discipline. The primary objective of these grants and scholarships is to provide financial assistance in a manner that will increase the number of Chickasaw citizens attending college.
