Criteria:
Any student whose parent is an Active Duty First Responder, either Paid or Volunteer ( EMS, Fire, or Police ).

You must have Admissions to an accredited College or University.

Topic:
Write an essay (250-500 words) answering the following question - "What does September 11, 2001 mean to you?"

15 Scholarships in the amount of $2,000. each will be awarded.
