Davis Law Group Scholar Athlete Program™

Whether you are a dedicated student athlete or an individual looking to recognize one, we welcome you to the Davis Law Group Scholar Athlete Program. Anyone can nominate a Scholar Athlete; peers, parents, coaches, teammates, teachers or administrators.

The Davis Law Group started the DLG Scholar Athlete Program to recognize outstanding senior-class student athletes who perform both on the field and in the classroom. Every week of the school year, a high school senior in the greater Seattle area is chosen as the DLG Scholar Athlete of the Week and given a $100 scholarship to acknowledge their commitment. At the end of the school year we will hold a banquet for all the winners and their families, where one male and one female are chosen as The Davis Law Group Scholar Athlete of the Year. The winners receive a $1,000 scholarship and a beautiful glass trophy commemorating their achievement.

For a student to be recognized as the Davis Law Group Scholar Athlete of the Week, he or she must have at least a 3.0 GPA, have enough credits to be recognized as a senior, and perform as a major contributor in his or her sport(s). If they don't get selected this week, we will keep their application or nomination to be considered throughout the year. However, it never hurts to re-apply or re-nominate in the future to keep us updated on their performance.

From all of us here at the Davis Law Group, we’d like acknowledge all student athletes for their commitment to academics and athletics. If you have any questions about the program, feel free to get in touch.

An online form can be accessed at http://www.ScholarAthleteProgram.com. Just click the large, blue "Nominate" button on the righthand side of the page.
