Nashville College of Medical Careers

The cost of a postsecondary education can vary greatly depending on the college or university one chooses to attend. To help you find the school that best matches your financial goals, we have compiled numerous facts about the pricing, enrollment and admission trends at more than 7,000 colleges and universities across the country.

In this section, you will find information about the various expenses associated with enrolling at your school of interest. Tuition, generally the largest of fees, is broken down by in-state and out-of-state fields. Because students who attend schools outside of their state may find themselves paying thousands more in tuition alone, it’s important to take one’s location into consideration before selecting a school.

As college prices tend to fluctuate from year to year, we have also provided information about tuition trends. While rising prices are an unfortunate norm, greatly varying tuition rates should raise a red flag. Many students need additional time to complete their degrees, so the possibility of higher pricing should be taken into account before committing to a school.

But one may not want to use tuition alone to calculate their cost of attendance. Doing so too often leads to projections that largely differ—for better or for worse—from initial expectations. To avoid unnecessary surprises, we offer information about the estimated cost of books, supplies, room and board and additional expenses. Knowing what to expect will simplify the financial planning process and will allow students to prepare a realistic annual budget.

You can use the following prices to estimate the annual cost of attendance and to familiarize yourself with the financial aid opportunities available to students who attend this school. If you have further questions about the financial aid policies at this college, you may want to contact a financial aid representative using the provided contact information.

Mission Statement

When we consider the events that are taking place about us which affect our future life, perhaps this is one of the most critical times in history for individuals to chose the career which they will pursue. Where there are people, there is a need for professionally trained medical personnel to serve the people. Physicians utilize the service of numerous trained medical professionals. Nashville College of Medical Careers was founded for the purpose of training competent, capable, qualified, and dependable personnel to serve the needs of the doctors in this area and surrounding areas. Any person who intends to become a Medical Assistant or a Medical Office Specialist should be endowed with certain attributes, such as an interest in science and humankind, intellectual integrity, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to remain calm, cheerful, and courteous in the presence of patients or clients. It is a serious obligation to emphasize all of these points in the training of students. Some people possess these attributes as natural gifts; in others they are dormant and can be brought to the surface by those in charge of training.
