Scholarship Description

The Seed companies scholarship requires students to have a career goal within the seed industry and be junior or senior level undergraduates or graduate students. To be eligible for the Seed Companies Scholarship, applicants must: have a 2.0 GPA; and be a citizen or resident of the United States or Canada, or be enrolled in an accredited educational institution in the United States or Canada. The seed companies Ball, Pan-American, Goldsmith and Syngenta are leaders in the seed production and breeding industry, providing new, improved varieties.

Besides completing the online application, applicants must also submit two letters of recommendation (preferably one from a teacher and one from an employer), a resume and transcripts from their most recent school.
