Scholarships.com is actively expanding its Digital Marketing team with passionate professionals who are technically savvy, have inside sales experience and who are energized about digital media. This dynamic position involves leading digital client relationships, managing campaigns and effectively driving metrics-based results. In addition, our Digital Marketing Sales Associate is responsible for the production and maintenance of real-time social media activities.   • Aggressively seek and grow new marketing leads using to increase brand awareness, client base, and business revenue
  • Schedule, coordinate and conduct interactive demonstrations
  • Develop and manage online presence including SEO/SEM, website, email, and social media platforms to acquire, retain and communicate with consumers
  • Continuously monitor and update social media content and report metrics from analysis tools while creating necessary additional visualization
  • Provide qualitative analysis and recommendation to clients using MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • Analyze website and campaign performance via Google analytics and similar software
  • Identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies in multi-channel lead generations and take corrective measures
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving industry/digital marketing trends, techniques, and tools to increase conversions through both organic and paid sources
  • Maintain a high volume of communication activity via outbound calls, conference calls, emails and postal mail
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed for the marketing department

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver a plus
  • Proven experience and knowledge of SEO, SEM, display advertising and social media marketing
  • Experience running paid search campaigns, constantly developing new strategies to increase traffic and conversions
  • Knowledge of digital/e-commerce measurement practices, including Google Analytics
  • Exhibit excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of web metrics, digital testing methodologies, and optimization strategies
  • Ability to think strategically, implement and deliver business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript and/or related software experience
  • Experience using email marketing platform, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ExactTarget
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM Software
  • Understanding of web metrics, optimization strategies, and digital testing methodologies
