You
- 1-3 years of social media experience preferred
- High level of organizational skills, integrity and accuracy

The Available Position
Scholarships.com is in the market for an experienced Social Media and Mobile Marketing professional to lead our social media and mobile marketing efforts. In this position, you’ll be responsible for promoting Scholarships.com on social media, driving downloads, signups and engagement across Scholarships.com’s apps on iOS and Android. You will also be responsible for responding to reviews as needed and working with our technical team to address any related issues that may arise. As part of leading our social and mobile marketing, you will work with our mobile product and engineering teams, as well as our marketing team to define roles and priorities as well as ensure our app is on the phone/mobile device of every student in the US and beyond.
- Manage all social media presence of Scholarships.com; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest and any and all others, to be added or updated as deemed necessary
- Update the aforementioned daily with creative posts and resolve any issues/respond to inquiries intelligently, professionally and efficiently
- Employ critical thinking to manage, research and resolve customer inquiries on social media and the Scholarships.com apps on Apple and Android
- Work with marketing, executive and technical departments to ensure consistency and functionality across all mediums
- Colaborate with SEO and marketing to achieve best possible outreach and results across mediums
- Represent the voice of the mobile client across Scholarships.com marketing - email, search, social media, mobile, push notifications and more
