The New England School of Hair Design dedicated to providing a learning environment comprised of the information, and learning experiences necessary for the student: A. to attain the knowledge necessary to pass the state licensing exams B. to attain the knowledge necessary to be highly employable and market ready for the Cosmetology Industry. By: 1. Implementing, learner motivated, hands on, competency based teaching techniques. 2.
