The mission of the Instituto Vocacional Aurea E. Méndez is to offer programs of studies related to the food and beverage industry that facilitate the student the knowledge and skills required in occupations that they be to tone with the demand of this industry such as cook, help cook, assistant of kitchen, catering, among others. Here the student will be able to reach in short time, without any impediment more than his own will, the formation ocupacional to obtain an employment. To achieve it, the Institute compromises to maintain in good state the facilities, the equipment of teaching, instructors with experience in the industry, updating of the curriculum offering; inside an environment of harmony, respect and competence.
