Merit Scholarships are available to qualifying new freshmen admitted to degree-seeking programs. These scholarships recognize academic excellence and are awarded automatically at the time of admission based on cumulative high school GPA.
Scholarship Details
- Open to first-year students with up to 24 accepted college credit hours from another institution
- Students with more than 24 college credits earned in high school are still eligible
- Not available to international students or those with a previous baccalaureate degree
- Scholarships are automatically awarded based on high school GPA—no separate application required
Scholarship Awards
- Trustee Scholarship: $7,500 annually for students with a 3.90 GPA
- Presidential Scholarship: $5,000 annually for students with a 3.50 GPA
- Academic Achievement Scholarship: $3,000 annually for students with a 3.20 GPA
