• This scholarship is intended to assist African-American/Black Women in pursuit of a degree in the fields of STEM/Digital Media/Film. This scholarship was created in collaboration with five Black Twitch Streamers who are gifting $1000 dollars to one applicant who meets the above criteria and completes the required essay or video submission.   Applications are due no later than February 28th 11:59 PST. All required questions must be filled in for full application submission; incomplete applications will be automatically disqualified. Applicants must be enrolled in a University/Technical/Professional School and must be able to provide proof of current enrollment prior to being awarded Scholarship money. No copyrighted materials (music, images, etc.) may be used for this contest unless the copyright is owned by the contestant or associates, or the contestant or associates has a license to use the material for this contest. Written permission must be obtained and provided upon request for all copyrighted materials. Videos shall not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory or slanderous. Videos shall not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability or sexual orientation.
