I am currently a high school senior, and I need this scholarship to pursue by studying of becoming a PA. I have a good and persistent work ethic, and I have informed all of the UC's I have applied to, of this. I am an overall diligent and bright minded student and I have demonstrated in all of my schooling career that I am able to compete at a higher education level; thus, advanced placement classes have always been necessary for me. All in all, I would like to pursue Biology at either UCR or CSUSB, and this scholarship would make this possible and plausible.

I am currently a Mathematics- Honors and Psychology Major. I have a theory which incorporates both majors. Science has proven that learning potentials, which are the building blocks of memories, can be described by differential equations. With this in mind, Nanotechnology could not only be used to initiate a memory, but create synapses, between past and induced memories. If this is possible, then Increased intelligence could be no farther away from MEMS.

Student Loan Debt Forgiveness for U.S. Military Veterans

February 4, 2020

by Susan Dutca-Lovell

The U.S. Department of Education plans to forgive $1.3 billion in outstanding student loan debt for roughly 25,000 disabled U.S. military veterans, beginning in July. Until now, the Department of Education had required veterans to formally apply for student loan forgiveness - having them complete "unnecessary paperwork to secure relief from their student loans, even after the Department of Veterans Affairs had found that a veteran met the legal requirements for disability-related loan forgiveness." In 2018, over 30,000 totally and permanently disabled veterans eligible for student loan forgiveness had not completed the necessary paperwork; a majority of which had defaulted on their student loans.
