The Bradford-Sullivan Forest Landowners’ Association has organized a scholarship program available to students pursuing forestry, agricultural, natural resources management, environmental education or related field of study. Eligible applicants must: be a Bradford or Sullivan County resident; and either be a high school senior, or be a college undergraduate enrolled in a two or four-year program. In addition to completing the application, applicants must also submit a transcript and an essay explaining why they've chosen their specified majors.
Winners will be notified by June 1st. The scholarship will be awarded to a High School senior after they have successfully completed their 2nd semester or to an enrolled college student following completion of the current semester. The scholarship awardees must provide proof of acceptance (if they're a high school senior), proof of intent to continue education in their eligible major, and their most recent transcript.
