Women of AT&T is a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for personal and professional development, corporate programs and community impact. Women of AT&T (National) has awarded $170K in scholarships over the past 5 years.
Scholarship Details
Scholarship awards shall be given to females who are graduating high school, starting as a College Freshman in the coming Fall, and pursuing education in the science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) field at an accredited college, university or Vocational school.
Eligibility
- Be a female
- Be a graduating High School Senior
- Have a 3.0 GPA Minimum on a scale of 4.0
- Attended High School in Colorado
- Accepted to begin as a College Freshman in the coming fall with a focus on any STEM field
- Accepted to or enrolled in an accredited 4-year or 2-year college or business school or vocational school
Application Requirements
- Completed application, including three essays
- High School Transcript
- Letter of Recommendation (including author’s contact information)
- Copy of Acceptance Letter from Higher Education Institution
Award Criteria

- Participation in school, community, work activities
- Applicant’s essays
- Letter of recommendation-please no family members
Two (2) $1,000 scholarships will be awarded. Award may be used for tuition, books, supplies and room/board expenses. Incomplete applications will not be considered. WOA will notify the winning recipients via email by June 28 and the check, made payable to the winner, will be awarded in July.
