• The Denes and Agota Bardos Award is given to students in recognition for achievement in their community and in science, engineering, or the arts. Finalists embody the life and values of the Bardos family by demonstrating their commitment to compassion, academic rigor, and community or family service. Immigration history and financial need have played a central role in award recipients' lives.

  Applicants must be first or second generation immigrants currently residing in the United States who are students in their final year of high school or students enrolled in a college degree program within the past 6 months.
