This gift-supported program encourages aspiring healthcare providers with scholarship awards and community connections. Our High School Healthcare Scholarship Program has a rich history, with many past awardees now caring for patients in western Montana, the state, and throughout the world. Application deadline is midnight on March 9th and application must include all required documentation. Please read through the eligibility criteria, application requirements, selection & presentation information and awards presentations prior to applying for a scholarship.
Required documentation includes: Completed application with attestation signed by the student and parent or legal guardian. If using a legal guardian or the student is emancipated, please also submit court appointed paperwork; Official transcripts must be received directly from the school. Transcripts must be mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope, if a special accommodation has been approved. Emailed transcripts will only be accepted if they are sent directly by the school counselor or authorized school personnel by the deadline. Applicants must supply two letters of recommendation, written and signed by individuals who are familiar with the applicant (i.e., teachers, employers) and are able to discuss scholastic potential and personal qualities.
