I applied for this scholarship because I simply enjoy seeing people smile or knowing that I can make a difference to help those who are not as unfortunate than me. I'm currently trying to reach 200 community service hours in my National Honor Society (I joined in the summer of 2020 and already received close to 100 hours already). I help others with tutoring due to me currently having straight A's in 1st quarter report card and in my 2nd quarter progress report and having a GPA of 5.5000. My main ambitions is being an entertainer in the animation industry so I can work and draw hard and hopefully make people laugh or being excited for the content that I want to make. I'm working really hard to get to the right college to prepare for me and many animation schools cost a decent amount. In order to do what I want to do and make others smile, I need to receive scholarships that will aid me financially with my college years. I understand if I don't get pick due to my selfish desires of wanting to be an entertainer than a doctor or a computer engineer, but I hope you can consider this comment seriously and professionally

applied for this scholarship to support my parents and so i could pay my college as well. i'm a 2021 senior in High School and not sure if myself or parents will be able to pay for an online college for me to 'attend'. Online college is easier for me since im not the biggest fan of public speaking infront of a class... not sure if that part matters to you all... but i'm looking to major in some type of digital art/multimedia design since i'm always creating and drawing new fonts or ideas out. it would be awesome to win this scholarship and hopefully I do but at the end of the day the service isn't about the money or recognition it's about giving back to the community for me.

Yes I applied for this scholarship and the reason for that is because I really enjoy giving back to the community for a good cause and all though it would be awesome to win this scholarship and hopefully I do but at the end of the day community service isn't about the money or recognition it's about giving back to the community for me.

I applied for this scholarship because I need to make something of myself . Every additional application represents an opportunity to avoid student loans and help me graduate debt free. Plus, many scholarships can be used for expenses other than tuition. In fact, some are awarded in cash and can be used for anything from supplies to a new laptop to gas for their car.

I applies for this scholarship because I plan on becoming a doctor in the future and for that to happen, I am going to need to go to a good school. The schools I plan on attending cost a lot of money and I need some financial backup.

I was selected for the prudential spirit of community awards, but somehow the website didn't send a email to my principal and I didn't get certified. So i am sending a request that I care a lot about my community and want to make my family proud so please help me get the scholarship.

I applied this scholarship because I want a better future for me and my family I need to accomplish my goals. My parents never made it this far want i want to change that i don't work and i don't really have anyone to help me or support me. I don't money to become the reason why I don't accomplish in live. my parents can't afford my college. I'm not asking for you guys to give me everything but I'm willing to take anything i can get, something is better then nothing. thank you.

I applied for this scholarship because I want the opportunity to further my education and to be able to excel and do what I love to do best. I love designing characters, art and animation. It is tough for me to come to United state for study, i was only 16 years old with no English, but my mom see the future of mine in America. Since i cam here I started to like this country, because this country has more freedom than my country, freedom of speech, freedom of religion. i think i am going to be last Uyghur generation to come to United state. my national have no chance to come here to study. so i want use this opportunity to try my best to accomplish my education here and change the situation of my national Uyghur.

It could be really tough to come to a new country when you are only 15 years old. But I did it. I moved to the United States almost 2 years ago and i love it. Now I'm a Junior and about to graduate in 2019. At first i was scared and shy but later on I learned that there's nothing to be afraid of. I finished freshman year in Hungary and started sophomore year here, I was able to improve my english skills a lot and one of my biggest dreams is me going to college and to be successful in life. I want to show everyone that even though, life isn't the easiest at times but it's all worth it at the end of the day. Also, I want to prove myself that I am able to do whatever I want and to never give up. I applied for this scholarship because this would help me to be successful in life and to persue the education that I desire to get.
