Four Star Leadership Program

• The Four Star program is looking for top high school leaders from around the world. The program is a six day course in July where attendees should have the potential to build relationships and motivate peers to action. They should be quick on their feet, eager to engage in active dialogue, willing to develop independent ideas and able to communicate effectively.

  Students will be asked to engage in conversation with national and international leaders, work in collaboration with fellow students, research and comprehend ethical and leadership issues and develop creative solutions to those issues. Participants will make a persuasive speech, participate in a written competition and participate in an Ethics Bowl. The Four Star Leadership Ethics Bowl is formatted as an in-depth discussion and thought exchange on pre-determined topics and scenarios that effect our world and leaders of today. The teams’ performances are evaluated on the exchange of valid ideas and points relevant to the topics. Participants are judged on their ability to offer constructive criticism, cooperation and communication while analyzing problems and creating solutions. Participants should exhibit the core leadership principles: Character, Common Vision, Communication and Caring.
