The annual Charleston Engineers Joint Council Bill Dull memorial scholarship is awarded to a graduating High School senior from the Lowcountry, who plans to pursue an engineering or technology degree. ?The winner’s school will be notified and the scholarship will be awarded during the recipient’s annual senior awards night at his or her school pending schedule availability. The recipient is encouraged to use the funds for paying tuition, books or other school fees.

By submitting an application, you are consenting to any use of photos/images for media publication. We awarded 5 scholarships totaling $9500 to students at 3 difference high schools last year. Scholarships were awarded to deserving Lowcountry High School Seniors from Wando HS, Summerville HS and a home school student.
