• The Monica Combs Memorial Scholarship is a non-renewable award given to graduating seniors from Woodford County High School with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Students must attend an accredited two- or four-year College, University or Technical School. Recipients should share Monica’s values by being selfless, genuine, a natural leader, willing to put the needs of others ahead of their own wants, not afraid to challenge the status quo, and dedicated to the value of friendship.
