• The Scholarships for Academic Excellence are offered to eligible high school students in New York State. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of New York graduating from a New York State high school by the end of the school year, be in good academic standing, and be matriculated as a full-time student into an approved undergraduate program of study in a New York State postsecondary institution.
