  Those considered for the Ohio State University Maximus, Provost and Trustees Scholarships are Ohio and non-Ohio residents (U.S. citizens or permanent residents) who are highly competitive as demonstrated through grade point average, class rank (if available), and ACT or SAT scores (if available).
