Applicants of the Be a Rising Bud Scholarship must currently be a female high-school senior who is interested in pursuit of an undergraduate degree at a college or university. Applicants must be from a low-income household earning a combined income that is less than $45,000.00 a year and must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in the following fields: Applied Arts (Creative Literature/Writing, Decorative Art, Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design), Cinematic Arts (Animation, Audio/Sound, Film-Making), Performing Arts (Dance, Music, Step, Theater), or Visual Arts (Animation, Architecture, Audio/Sound, Ceramics, Computer Art, Crafts, Design, Drawing, Filmmaking, Illustration, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Video, Visual Communications).
