• The Roger J. Clouatre Memorial Scholarship was established in January 2002 by the Clouatre Family. This scholarship supports graduates of public high schools in Ascension Parish, Louisiana, who have a record of sound achievement in their studies and are good citizens. Students must show leadership qualities within and beyond their peer group as well as take initiative in school or the broader civic life of the community. A GPA of at least 3.0 is required.
