• Education is vital to the growth and future of every community. Because of this, the Saginaw Community Founda­tion administers a variety of scholarship programs for high school, community college, university and vocational stu­dents. Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded more than $8 million in scholarships.   Applicants of the Saginaw Choral Society - Joanne Robertson Memorial Scholarship must be a high school senior graduating from a Saginaw County high school with a minimum 3.25 GPA and 20 ACT score, and must be majoring in music. Applicants must be admitted to the Department of Music at an accredited college or university and attend full-time.
