The William R. Blow Sr. Scholarship Fund is an undergraduate scholarship program available to State of California high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend four-year colleges and universities in the U.S. Each award is intended to cover a share of the scholars’ educational expenses – including tuition, living expenses, books and required fees. Awards vary by individual, based on other grants or scholarships they may receive and criteria.
Scholars must meet the following eligibility requirements: Citizenship – U.S. Citizen; Senior standing – Plan to graduate from a California high school in spring; Fall College Enrollment – Intend to enroll in an accredited, public or not-for-profit, four-year college or university in the U.S. beginning in fall ; GPA – Earn a minimum, cumulative unweighted GPA of 2.7 or above; and Demonstrate an unmet financial need.Scholars are selected based on merit. Applicants will only hear back if they are selected as award recipients.
