The AICPA Foundation Scholarship for Future CPAs provides financial assistance to undergraduate or graduate degree students majoring in accounting and interested in pursuing a CPA license after graduation. Eligible applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and have a 3.0 GPA. Applicants must have completed at least 30 semester hours, be an AICPA member (free of charge), demonstrate some financial need, and not have earned a CPA yet.
Applicants must be enrolled in a business and/or accounting program that is regionally, nationally, or internationally accredited for the current academic year that the scholarship is offered. The program must be accepted by the state board of accountancy as meeting the educational requirements necessary for CPA licensure in the state you intend to become licensed OR in the state where your program is located.
