• The Carolyn Balsa Hancock Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to support special education seniors at East Side Union High School District for vocational or academic training. The scholarship is given to someone who best emulates Mrs. Hancock's inspiring love of life, hard work, and perseverance in the face of overwhelming odds. Applicants must be in the Special Education Program at the East Side Union High School District and have a plan for additional vocational or academic training after high school.
