  • To receive the Heidelberg University Grant, students must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and have exceptional need and attend Heidelberg University. Heidelberg scholarships and grants are awarded to first-year students and based on their seventh semester high school GPA and standardized tests taken in or before February.

    Renewal of all sources of financial aid is contingent upon maintaining Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). SAP requires students to pass at least 67% of their attempted hours per academic year and have a 2.0 GPA or higher by the end of their sophomore year.
