Incoming first-year, in-state students with a minimum 3.6 GPA who apply for admission by December 15 of their senior year in high school will be automatically considered for the University of Tennessee Orange & White Scholarship. In order to keep the Orange & White Scholarship, you’re required to: maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average (GPA) and federal Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP); and maintain full-time enrollment throughout each semester.

First-year students who apply for admission by December 15 of their senior year in high school will be automatically considered for these institutional scholarships. In some cases an on-time FAFSA is also required. The University of Tennessee has many different scholarships to apply for.
