The AAUW Jeanne Gruenwald Scholarship supports female students currently enrolled at Mira Costa College, Palomar College, or CSU San Marcos who are pursuing their educational goals at a college or university in San Diego County. This scholarship is awarded based on academic achievement, financial need, and future potential.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a female student enrolled at Mira Costa College, Palomar College, or CSU San Marcos
- Must be a resident of San Diego County
- Must have completed a minimum of 24 college units (12 in each of the last two semesters)
- Must be enrolled in at least 12 units for Spring 2025
- Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Financial need will be considered
Application Process
- Submit a completed AAUW-COV scholarship application
- Provide the most recent unofficial college transcript(s)
- Write and submit a one- to two-page personal statement essay (double-spaced) or request an online interview
- Submit two current academic letters of recommendation
