• Indiana Society for Health and Physical Educators (INShape) is a professional education association for teachers, administrators, researchers, coaches, college students and other professionals who are engaged in and dedicated to the promotion of quality health, physical education, recreation, dance, sport in public and private schools, colleges and universities, and community agencies throughout Indiana. INShape provides leadership, professional development, resources, recognition, and advocacy that support educators at every level.

  Each year, INSHAPE awards up to six $1,000 academic scholarships to undergraduate students enrolled full-time in an Indiana college/university. Applicants must be majoring in health, physical education, kinesiology, recreation, dance, or exercise science. The scholarship will be allocated for the purpose of tuition and books. The scholarship award is based upon: participation in collegiate activities, professional competencies, potential as a professional, grade point average, financial need and recommendations.
