The St. Louis Chapter of the Missouri Association of School Personnel Administrators (MOASPA-STL) in conjunction with Education Plus and Missouri Regional Education Applicant Placement Program (MOREAP) is pleased to announce the availability of two (2) scholarships in the amount of $1000. This scholarship may be used for tuition and books and must be used in the pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. This scholarship is only available to students who attend High School in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson County and St. Charles County. Applicants should apply online. This scholarship requires copies of the student's high school transcript and letters of recommendation.
