Kate and Leo Merlone understood the value of education, both in formal academia and through any media that would expand a person’s mental horizons. To be eligible for the A.C. "Kate" & Leo Joseph Merlone Teaching Scholarship, applicants must be pursing an undergraduate or graduate degree in education at a Michigan school full-time and have a 3.0 GPA. Dollar amounts will vary.
