Empower Her Scholarship

• Scholarship Description
• To be eligible for the Empower Her Scholarship, applicants must: be a female undergraduate student; be a student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours for the upcoming school year at college or university in Lincoln; be either pregnant or parenting (if pregnant, the student must intend to parent or place the child for adoption); be a single (not married) pregnant or parenting student; have a 2.5 GPA; and include a copy of your most recent unofficial transcript with this application.

  Students should never have to choose between their college education and motherhood. This scholarship gives student moms the financial support they need to continue their education through their pregnancy and afterwards if they choose to parent. You will be contacted to schedule an interview upon our receipt of your application. Interviews may be conducted in the 3 weeks following the application deadline.
