• SUNY at Utica offers the International Merit Scholarships - Transfer Students for full-time international transfer applicants possessing a strong academic record who have earned 30 or more college credits after graduating from high school. Depending on the award, applicants should have at least a 3.0 GPA. To be considered for a Transfer Achievement Scholarship, a complete admissions application must be received.
